That said, in my experience as a Virginia, Maryland and DC real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Dawn Battle brings 20 years of corporate and real estate experience to the table. With years of experience working for Fortune 100 Companies (Xerox, Honeywell and Computer Associates), she also had the pleasure of growing up with real estate in the family.
With a solid understanding of business, corporate sales, and real estate principals, Dawn brings a sound perspective to the industry. Licensed in Virginia, DC & Maryland, she works hard to provide clients with a well-rounded perspective.
Dawn is a native of the Washington Metropolitan Area. She attended Mount Vernon High School and later graduated from James Madison University in the Shenandoah Valley. She has sold to clients across the United States in both the commercial and DoD arenas. When it comes to real estate; though, she has found her passion!

Laurette Cahill and Beth Forest - Settlement Processors - Key Title
Beth Forest began working in the real estate as a paralegal. After graduating from JMU, she continued working in the field. She’s been with Key Title for more than 3 years and has over 15 years of experience as a settlement processor.
Beth is also a Title Underwriter for First American Title Insurance. She’s arguably one of the best Settlement Processors in the industry. Known for her efficiency and effectiveness.
Laurette Cahill has been with Key title for 12 years. Prior to her tenure at Key Title, she spent several years in the mortgage field. Laurette also served as a paralegal and a settlement processor for a North Carolina firm.
She is a tremendous asset to Key Title. Her industry experience, demeanor, and willingness to work with others make her a vital part of the organization. Everyone loves Laurette!
